Return Policy
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery at howdy@keepitfvn.com and include your order number in the subject line. KEEPITFVN will verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement if any initial faults are presented upon receiving your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracking service to return the goods.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty
The KIFCAM camera is covered by a 60-day warranty. If you discover a functional issue with the product within 30 days of delivery, KEEPITFVN will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement. Please note that the following will void the KEEPITFVN warranty, but is not limited to:
Damages resulting from misuse, abuse and negligence.
Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.
Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.
Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
Rooftop Tents - 6 Month Warranty
Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the following:
UV damage: ultra violet damage to fabric & shell.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (window discoloration, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent top, etc).
Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, acts of god, etc.)
Aesthetic changes that do not affect the overall general operation of your rooftop tent.
Preorder Cancellations
If you cancel your preorder for one of our products within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded. After the 24 hour window, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Rooftop Tent Tent Returns / Cancellations / Claims
At this time KEEPITFVN Ltd. does NOT offer returns on rooftop tent(s).
If you cancel your order before the tent has shipped, we will provide a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. To cancel within this window, please reach out to howdy@keepitfvn.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like rooftop tents. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
