Warranty Policy

Rooftop Tents - 1 Year Warranty

KEEPITFVN is happy to provide a 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from KEEPITFVN and does not cover second-hand purchases. KEEPITFVN will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the following:

  • UV damage: ultra violet damage to fabric & shell.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (window discoloration, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent top, etc).
  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, acts of god, etc.)

  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the overall general operation of your rooftop tent.
